Coastal Cane Pure Single Rum begins with fresh first-press sugar cane juice sourced from the fertile volcanic soils of the Wollumbin Caldera, capturing the essence of the Northern Rivers in every drop.

Distilled in our traditional copper pot still and matured in select oak barrels, it is gently shaped by the warmth and humidity of our subtropical coast. Rich, refined and beautifully layered, this Agricole-style rum offers remarkable depth, a silky full-bodied palate, and a lasting expression of place, provenance and craftsmanship.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromatic and expressive, revealing notes of vanilla bean, warm spice and delicate florals, layered with the unmistakable freshness of cane.

Palate: Silky and richly textured, with flavours of fresh cane, vanilla, honeysuckle and Christmas pudding unfolding across the palate. Beautifully balanced and full of character, it delivers both depth and elegance.

Finish: Long, smooth and lingering, with gentle sweetness and a subtle saline note that speaks to its coastal origins.
