Coastal Cane Pure Single Rum begins with fresh first-press sugar cane juice sourced from the fertile volcanic soils of the Wollumbin Caldera, capturing the essence of the Northern Rivers in every drop.

Distilled in our traditional copper pot still and matured in select oak barrels, it is gently shaped by the warmth and humidity of our subtropical coast. Rich, refined and beautifully layered, this Agricole-style rum offers remarkable depth, a silky full-bodied palate, and a lasting expression of place, provenance and craftsmanship.

Tasting Notes

Nose: A captivating bouquet of fresh cane, vanilla and rich ripe fruits, enhanced by the delicate influence of Pinot Noir oak barrel.

Palate: Generous and beautifully structured, with layers of fresh cane, honeysuckle, dark cherry and velvety vanilla. The Pinot cask imparts elegance and complexity, creating a rum of remarkable depth, richness and balance.

Finish: Long, smooth and refined, with lingering fruit and subtle oak spice.
